The Board is responsible for the legal running of the Project, for ensuring that it operates within its objectives and for producing accounts and reports as required by Company and Charity Law. The Project’s Constitution requires that there be at least 6 Directors, but there is no maximum. Each year the two longest serving Directors must retire but may stand for re-election.

Members of the Board during the previous year have been: Andrew Cranston (Chair & Safeguarding), Martin Digby (Vice Chair),  Lydia Cranston (Line Manager & Stand in Secretary), Alistair Nurden (Treasurer), Leo Green and Steph Barkley.

At the end of December 2025 Jenni Bevington retired from the board. We are so grateful to her for all she has contributed to the Project as Secretary over the last 14 years and for her involvement in the Project since its inception over 27 years ago.

With grateful thanks to Rev. Paul Darlington, the churchwardens and members of the Holy Trinity Church family for hosting us this year.

Thank you for your continued support of the project.

Blessings
Jane
